Processing Time

Orders may take up to 7 to 10 business days to process before shipping.

The shipping method you have the option of selecting is USPS for shipping your order at checkout once you have paid and selected that carrier they will email you your tracking information within 24 to 48 hours after the up to 7 to 10 business days processing time.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, we no longer have control over the package .

Please understand we cannot make any guarantees once the package leaves our facility.

In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier please contact the carrier you have chosen to resolve the issue and file a claim with the carrier (USPS ).
