Exchange

Item must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.

Item must be unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging. All items will be fully inspected.

Item must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. All items will be fully inspected.

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-exchangeable.

All exchanges must include an order packing slip which was included with your order that clearly indicates which items are being exchanged.

If this is not filled out correctly, your exchange may experience issues in processing.

If there is a balance to be refunded it will be refunded back to the original payment. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping back return and exchange items.

Items that are on sale for up to 30% off can be exchange only and not returned.
